Handy Tool for Support

By Ben Deller, April 9th, 2010

Here is a cool new tool for very simple screencasting via Twitter or Youtube.

http://screenr.com/  check out the 1 min video.

This is perfect for any Company or anyone who needs to provide computer support to clients (Web designers/hosts, Telcos, IT companies....) I can see this really taking off.

And one big benefit is that each screencast you create you are building a screencast knowledge base library which you could reuse if the same query comes in again.

I will definately be looking at implementing this for Airnet!
