DropBox is a free online storage solution that keeps your files in sync across multiple computers and allows you to get access to them from anywhere. It's a great first application for experiencing the power of storing things in the cloud. Here's a video ...
They have a nice referral model where you can invite new people to DropBox and earn extra storage. Very clever (and why I'm posting this).
DropBox is great if you're doing sales because you can have all your collateral and files available anywhere, even if they're huge. We share a DropBox folder amongst our sales team so they always have the latest updates on their laptops.
DropBox seems to be the easiest way to get files onto an iPad. GoodReader has DropBox support so that you can simply drop a pdf in from your PC and pull it into GoodReader from anywhere.

Xero?

We are Cloud junkies.
Xero has changed my life. I log in each morning, reconcile the bank feed transactions that have happened overnight, check debtors, and log out. It could not be easier.
We use Google Apps for the calendar and Google Mail – which has been revolutionary for emailing from home/work/iPad etc
Definitely Workflowmax – time management system. We have been using it for 2 years and it is amazing. It now has a lead management module which means once you ‘win’ the business, you can change the status to a ‘job’ quickly and easily.
We also use SmartPayroll which is also mint and takes the headaches out of payroll for me.
And we signed up for Dropbox last month too.
Cloud is the way forward!!!
