We are very delighted that The Dome is now officially one of the best accommodation offerings in the world earning us a global certificate of excellence from international travel review site Trip Advisor.
TripAdvisor www.tripadvisor.com is the global leader of travel websites and recognises the power of traveler feedback as opposed to industry reviews. The Dome now has a top traveler rating pitching it against the very best in the world. The certificate of excellence honors businesses that consistently earn top ratings from TripAdvisor travelers.

This is a fantastic achievement by the team not only for The Dome but for the region as a tourist destination. Trip Advisor has enormous influence and we are absolutely ecstatic to be in such great company!
Over 60% of our guests are “free independent travelers” from the UK and Australia with the majority of bookings made online, but we do not want to exclude you locals ! Apart from the gig this weekend (which is now sold out !) we are also launching our “Art Retreat” and would love to see you soaking up the Dome's atmosphere and unleashing your ‘Inner Van Gogh”
We have coupled with local Artist Nic Scotland to bring you a two day artists retreat. On the first night, your personal chef will craft a simple “edible food installations” to get you in the mod with local delicious wine to match. The next two days guests are treated to variety of mediums that are sure to enhance your creative flair, you will leave with that finished piece of art gold!
There will also be visits to local art studios and winery lunches and dinners all to lap up the best of what the region has to offer. If you would like to dip your toe further, just click here to see the full two-day retreat. It’s fun to holiday local and why not when the region has so much to offer !
