October 18th, 2009Well done to Magpies wing Zac Guildford for making the All Blacks! The coach is even comparing him to the great John Kirwan (which is an absurd comparison. Kirwan had blonde hair, while Guildford's hair is clearly quite dark).
It's great to see that Hawke's Bay's superb rise in the country's rugby ranks is being rewarded.

Astute observation…
Geez, poor Guilford to have to start his AB career off with that expectation of him. But what an awesome result for a guy who has had a pretty crap year.
And Matt, I think Kirwan was also taller.
