Although it was a bit of a storm in a tea cup I was quite pleased with how the news got out there quite quickly and people were warned away from potentially dangerous situations (a bit sporadic and not everyone took it seriously, but it&#039;s a start).</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank God for small mercies rather!
