So who will it be? The winners of the HB Signature Dish will be announced next Tuesday. This is another great local concept to celebrate local restaurants, using local ingredients.
We had one at the Deli in the village last week and it was great to have something that you don’t eat every day (rabbit!).
The winners are voted by us – diners at restaurants. Has anyone had a signature dish?

Yes, had one at the River Bar in Clive. Their signature dish is a seafood combo which is delicious! I gave it full marks for the Signature Dish competition.
Can recommend that restaurant in general – especially if you have children (the kids love the kids menu).

The rabbit at Deliciosa was a winner and fantastic – I def recommend trying it. In fact, was really impressed with the atmosphere and the food when we dined there after the Bus. Awards.
