Social Media is revolutionising the world of recruitment. There's never been a more powerful tool for finding and attracting top talent. But where to begin? Understanding how to use Social Media for recruitment and networking and incorporating these new activities into our day-to-day work can seem overwhelming.

HRINZ, in partnership with Fuel Advertising, is pleased to invite you to attend a Social Media Recruitment presentation to take a guided journey through the world of Social Media Recruitment.

Come and join us for a drink, some networking, but most importantly, to listen to a practical plain-English workshop that will demystify Social Media and give you workable ideas to take back to the office and start using immediately. This is a not to miss event for any business involved in recruiting talent - or anyone wanting to understand how to use Social Media for networking/developing opportunities - or perhaps just using Social Media in smarter ways!

About the Presenter
Jason Marra, Managing Director of Fuel Advertising.
A burning belief that clients in the recruitment advertising industry could be better served, prompted Jason to take matters into his own hands in 2005. "The industry takes a narrow focus of what recruitment advertising is, and to be blunt, it's often after the easy dollar without considering what's in the client's long term interests. I have built an agency that recognises that recruitment advertising isn't a one-off event, but an ongoing, strategic process that's critical to the success of just about every organisation."

Jason, armed with 18 years marketing experience and on a passionate mission to make a difference, leads the team from a strategic approach. A visionary, he is involved with all client accounts providing invaluable high level advice.

Background:
Eight years in the oil business, followed by two years in FMCG, one year as a marketing consultant, then onto New Zealand Institute of Management for another couple of years lead to a change of scene as an agency manager for a multinational agency.
