Technical Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial employment experience with e-commerce, consumer and/or b2b web site companies.
• Proficiency with both Client & Server-side programming including: HTML, DHTML, CSS, PHP5, JavaScript, Jquery.
• Hand-coded HTML.
• Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns.
• In-depth knowledge of GIF and JPEG formats, as well as slicing and optimisation of images for the web.
• Ability to develop within stringent file size requirements while maintaining strict coding requirements, notation, and development standards, in addition to maintaining "to-the-pixel" adhesion to design composites from creative department in final output deliverables.
• Professional web application development experience in building database-driven applications and websites.
• Strong understanding of database schema and normalisation.
