New comments policy for Fruitbowl

You might have noticed that Fruitbowl has been getting hit pretty hard with a lot of spam comments lately. The site has a WordPress plugin called Akismet which normally does a fantastic job of filtering out spam comments. The site receives about 2000 spam comments per month.
